In late June a week-long program was held in Leyton Great Hall in partnership with the Metropolitan Police and named JUNIOR CITIZENS.

We had children from 29 schools attending a serious of 7 workshops spanning each day – a total of 2750 children.

With subjects ranging from cyber bullying to knife crime, staying safe in the summer to staying safe whilst traveling, the event was lead by the charity’s CEO.

The children were all preparing to start secondary school after the summer holidays and this program was designed to help them to prepare for the transition from primary school to secondary and equip them with some skills to help them cope the Borough Commander, Mr. Richard Tucker opened the week and at the end of the week was delighted with the outcome and thanked LVE Charitable Foundation for their sponsorship of the week-long program.
