ASDA Supporting LVE Charitable Foundation

At the height of the Coronavirus in the Winter of 2020, LVE Charitable Foundation live-streamed a Christmas Show to almost 50 residential care homes in the London Borough of Waltham Forest.

We were delighted to receive donations of festive hampers from ASDA, and Grace, the Asda Community Champion said, “We donated cakes for a fantastic LVE Foundation initiative. In this difficult situation, they put together a Christmas carol concert, transmitted live to 48 care homes in Waltham Forest borough, also organizing hampers with festive food for the residents to enjoy while watching the transmission.

“What an amazing idea, brightening up this festive period where many lonely residents will not have a chance to have someone visiting them. We are proud we could help.”

Karen Bellamy, CEO of the Foundation is pictured receiving the donation.

As the cold weather draws ever-closer, please spare a thought for those less fortunate in our community and, if you feel able to assist us in reaching out to otherwise isolated people of all ages and backgrounds, please get in touch with us and we’ll work together to help those less fortunate during these difficult times.
